The people that worked at the hotel were extremly nice. They went out of their way to make sure that I was able to get around. The problem was getting there. The taxi service had a all most impossible time to find the hotel. When they found it the outside was a major let down. Once checked in ....

The hotel is not near airport, nobody icluding taxi drivers heard of it. took over hour to find. poorly lit no information from reception . soo many mosquitoes and many hangers on unable to use internet. Will never stay here again

If you want to stay in Bangkok for one night for transit, I think this hotel is near enough.I only paid 200B for taxi from the International airport. Staff are very nice.

This hotel is reasonably close to the airport....maybe 15 to 20 minutes by taxi. (take a metered taxi...the hotel van costs almost 10x as much). The grounds are a bit on the shabby side, but it is more than made up for by the friendly and solicitous staff. The food in the restaurant was very good. T....

In the 24 Hour Restaurant it was very dirty on the windows and there were very old and dirty couches in there. There were also big aquariums for "fresh fish" but they full of sickness on there eyes and all over their bodys. it looks terrible and we think eating is not good for healthy. Alltogether....
