Awful service. We had to call the front desk just to get house keeping to come to the room, and even then nobody came.

We got the special $80 a night rate for superior room with breakfast. At that price this is a good deal. The breakfast buffet is very good and the room nice. Positives - best location a tourist could ask for, lots of restaurants, easy transportation, good shopping, 24 hours supermarket,walking distance to entertainment, International Hospital within walking distance. I booked this hotel by hot deal 2500TBH. This hotel gave me room up-grade secive. So I don't know actual booked room quality itself. Foods, bedroom and bathroom is so confortable. But the swimming pool is so small. The location is near BTS NANA station.
