I have stayed in this hotel for the last 4 years. This was my last. The service is non existant and you are always competing for a lift from the tourist gointg to the restaurants or observation levels....I booked the Deluxe Space Zone for 2 adults and 1 child. (8yo). The expected the 3 of us to shar....

Hotel is quite far away from skytrain station. Taxi could be also not so easy due to traffic jam. Hotel and rooms and view are great, but you have to pay for it. Very nice pool and good fitness room.

I chose this hotel because when I saw that it is the tallest hotel, I thought I can get a good areal view of the city and it was the case! Staff were very friendly and warm. Excellent hotel! Clean spacious room and bathroom, great views from high floors! revolving view tower at the top is great! Didnt make it to breakfast but the food in the resturant was very good, and the staff were very helpful and chatty which was nice as i was staying on my own. Good location too, ....

as my plane was late no cosideration was given for that and the frount desk was totaly not simperthetic and insisted i had to pay for the second night again at full price, so i refused and stayed only 1night but payed for two at the prices they charge is not a good experience and the resturantwas....
