I have stayed in this hotel for the last 4 years. This was my last. The service is non existant and you are always competing for a lift from the tourist gointg to the restaurants or observation levels....I booked the Deluxe Space Zone for 2 adults and 1 child. (8yo). The expected the 3 of us to share a bed....After a vesuvious explosion I received another bed.The only thing going for this joint is the breakfast....10/10... Im off to a different hotel next year.
