an enjoyable stay in Bangkok

After the Hotel Management/ manager found out that we were not in the proper room/suite on our first day of stay/check in, the following day, they were brave enough to acknowledge their fault and requested us to immediately transfer/upgrade to the room/suite that we are supposed to be in. Of course, with additional incentives... :-) We need honest people in the world. Honesty is the best policy! Excellent job for all!
