Wonderful Accommodation but lack of facilities

This is my second time check in in this hotel. All are good except no internet service. I need to sit down at the corner coffee shop every morning to check my email due to busy with office emails. No iron & hair dryer. Perhaps next visit I can see some improvement......one more thing, there is no HA....

2nd time stay at Bangkok City Inn. Fantastic location. Very near to shopping centre, ie: Central world, Siam Paragon, MBK. Traffic around the area was terrible, fortunately shopping complex able to reach by walking distance. Overall comment to hotel is good, clean and staff are polite.

The hotel's food is not fantastic at all. Coupled to this is the staff who manages the F&B, especially the breakfast which is part of the room package. There is one lady supervisor who we observed seem to be in a bad sulky mood everyday and is picky on the guests. Am surprised how is middle age l....

THe number of times i stay at Bangkok City Inn already self explained. Location is really convenient to access many shopping areas (i.e. Pratuman, Worldtrade centre, Platinum Plaza, Chit Lom MRT station etc). Peak season slightly hagher charge, but low season really worth for money. Will come ....
