Hotel was so empty on our first visit -this time it was fully booked (mostly with air crew who usually stay downtown) Pool facilities are suberb. Now the mud field out back of the pool has been sodded and the view is no longer unpleasant. Staff service, greetings and politeness were excellent. Free shuttle service seems to be the only one available from hotels surrounding BKK.
