My room had an unpleasant odour similar to stale, damp clothing. The bath towels also smelt of this smell. I believe that the cleaning agent used to clean the room as well as the laundry is not very pleasant in smell. The shower head was badly designed and sprayed water all over. The bath soap was very small and was never replaced over the course of 4 days at the hotel. Cleanliness was good, except for the general bad smell of the room. I bought but did not use the tokens for washer and dryer - they refused to make a refund which is bad since I'm a foreign visitor and these tokens are useless once I leave.
