I chose this hotel because I had a quick turn around between flights. It served its intended purpose of a place to sleep, but for anyone wanting an upscale hotel this is not your stop. Staff were very friendly. They had 24 hour massages available. They offer free shuttles to and from the Airport. ....

The hotel is way off the road. I had 2 different taxi drivers, and neither one of them could find the hotel. It was noisy, cheaply furnished, and there were bugs and lizards in the room. The people at the front desk were very nice and accomodating.

There wasn't much for food at the hotel itself, but we walked about a block towards 7-11 and found a great little restaurat with amazing food and service. This hotel is definitely not in the hustle and bustle of Bangkok, but it was really close to the airport in a quiet neighborhood
