There is only one good manager at this hotel, unfortunately we dont know his name. The service is more then just basic, some of the guys were sitting in the breakfast room like guest. Breakfast was backpacker style and the table clothes was dirty with old spots. The room was very nice indeed, the bed was clean and really comfty. Location is excellent, about 3 min. walk to the next BTS station. However, being in the hospitality industry ourselves we would not go back there and the young guys could easily do so much better, if they would change just little things.
