good location,smart,clean and comfortable. we received a very pleasant welcome which was short lived as we were soon informed that there had been a mix up with our room and there was no twin room available which we had specifically requested so had no choice but to spend the first night in a double room and change rooms the next day. We found this extremely inconvenient, also the noise from outside traffic was very bad which would stop me using this hotel again.
