Hotel Evergreen has a great location if you have shopping in mind. BTS station is almost in front of the hotel. Pratunam, BigC, Siam can easily be accessed even during rush hours. In the room we had tv/dvd system with surround speakers! Furthermore, having separate kitchen table is convenient. I also appreciate having a safety-box in the room. Having separate shower stand and bath-tub in a clean bathroom is also great. I think Evergreen is good value for the money.
