Nice stay in Bangkok

Hotel under the name "Four Seasons" should not disappoint you and so does the one in Bangkok. However, in terms of the money you pay for it compared with the hotel price level in Bangkok, I should say it is no surprise for what you get from this hotel. In other words, it ought to be that good for you to pay this amount of money. You do not get more than what you pay. This is the former Regent hotel which I had stayed before more than twenty years ago. There was limitation to expand the hotel when it was not possible to accquire more land adjacent. The hotel is not as "grand" as some modern 5 stars. Yet, it has a kind of classic feel through its age. This tiny garden in ground level next to Aqua (opened to breakfast buffet)has a pond and fishes as well as jungle feel plantation is a very good place to enjoy your meal outdoor - of course subjected to months wtih cooler temperature. What disapponted me is that the hotel does not has its own tennis court which I expect it should have. Most probably, I will stay in the Four Seasons again but not next time. I will try at least Grand Haytt (I had stayed before some ten years ago and it is close to Four Seasons)before I will be back to Four Seasons.
