Its cozy inside the hotel but too crowded when you go outside, the room is also good but the front desk clerk got us in a room that smelled bad, and I requested a non smoking floor/room because I got 2 kids with me. I really hope that they should hire people that can understand and speak english w....

Although the hotel is centrally based,it seems rather clostraphobic crammmed in betwween higher buildings.I expected a little more welcome from the staff who appeared dull and uninterested in their customers.
