The Fraser Suites at Sukhumvit was great. The tuktuk service to the sky train was much appreciated. Though the hotel airport mini van was over priced. Hotel. Thailand transfer is a better deal. If you have odd hours, best just use their service. Van does have seatbelts. The breakfast was ok. Coul....
