Rooms are very nice. A pity that the balcony is now locked and not accessible anymore. The lobby seems to have "work on progress" for ages now. Very slow progress. Not like the room rates. Pool side needs refreshment. Damaging with time is obvious. Looks old, dark and sad. 4 matresses for all custumers it is not enough. Umbrellas have desapeared. They should also maintain and water the green plants. The roof top was nice and friendly before (when it was Tower Inn) At the front desk, the staff is not so smily . A kind of "Business is business" & "Money is money" behaviour.... All those details could easely be improved.
