VERY HARD AND UNCOMFORTABLE BEDS BREAKFAST BUFFET WAS ONE OF THE WORST I EVER HAD CHANGED THEIR AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICE TO EVERY 2 HOURS INSTEAD OF EVERY HOUR - VERY INCONVENIENT NO ONE TO MEET YOU AT THE AIRPORT ON ARRIVAL - I HAD TO CALL THEM TO COME AND GET ME

Convenient to the airport with a good pick-up service and very helpful staff, this hotel is good value for money if a little in need of a bit of an upgrade and a lick of paint. Spacious rooms and a very good buffet breakfast make it a winner for me in terms of convenience and service when in Bangkok....

Free shuttle to the airport at any time. Just watch out when you want a taxi to somewhere. We wanted a taxi to Sukhumvit and someone from the desk said that there would be no metered taxis but we had to take the hotel limosin. That was 600 THB instead of 200 THB for a taxi.

The Greand Inn Come Hotel offers excellent all round service. I have marked all the items on the rating as good but they are in fact very good. All the staff are very cheerful, courteous and always helpful. I stay at this hotel during transit as it is close to the airport and I find it far superior ....
