Overall, the hotel services, cleanliness,design and location exceeded my expectation. However, we were dissappointed with the free half day canal tour where we were led to a gem factory which was not mentioned in the tour itenary.

attentive and friendly staff. just a bit far from patpong or sky train(1km). a bit high price for double room, with no breakfeast included.
