The hotel is nestled amongst the hussle and bussle in Bangkok. The staff are friendly and you can expect good service at the front desk from their staff. Breakfast is nicely presented and you have a choice between Western and Thai food. Lunch is very good and the food presentation is excellent. Rooms can be noisy depending on which side of the building you are in.Ensure that you get a booking number/ confirmation from this hotel otherwise your reservation will be classed invalid and void. This hotel is alwasy busy so bookings are a must. Overall a nice place to stay at a reasonable price.
