Cramped room for three

Booked a non smoking room for 3 adults on a low floor.Arrived at hotel to be given a small room on floor 7 and a smoking floor.The second bed was brought to the room and there was then no room to walk around the room.(had to climb over the beds)The room was booked four months in advance so why not give us one of their bigger rooms?Will now go back to The Fortuna Hotel
