Very impressiv hotel lobby. Many nice restaurants, nice pool area and rooms. Very friendly staff but probmlems when booking a "van" to the airport. A have had a lot better hotel deals at other hotels.

Frankly speaking, the hotel is good. Hotel staff are very kind and supportive. Truely this hotel deserves more than 4 star. Cannot fully rate for 5 star. However the location didn't suite me well. For shopping to Siam, I had to travel long distances and thus ending paying to Taxi cab 400 bath per da....
