I been staying My Hotel since my 2nd time travel to Bangkok on year 2009. To be honest, maybe this hotel is getting famous & famous, getting more & more people staying in, thus, the cleanliness is getting poor....... compare the beggining when i was staying there. Hope Hotel can take some action on....

Hi The My Hotel looks nice. The breakfast was good. However the shower was only lukewarm. No tea/coffee facilities in the room. The safe was not bolted to the ledge.

The hotel location is too far from the main road. If not for the complimentary tuktuk, it would have been very inaccessible. However, we also had to wait for the tuktuk most of the times and thus convenience was an issue. Otherwise, the room cleaning service was pretty good. Breakfast selection was ....

First experience with MyHotel

Although the MyHotel's location is quite a distance from the BTS however they provide 24 hours free transport for customer like us to the nearby location which I am very impressed. The services provided by the hotel and the agent is also excellent thus far. It would be much better if the hotel/agent....

Warm and Friendly Stay in My Hotel

The Hotel is clean, and the staff are very warm & friendly. Breakfast also nice, eventhough they have very limited choice. At one of my stay, I have a very upleasant experience for guest in my floor, they were very busy at night. I hope the hotel can react fast with this kind of situation

Facilities is not quite good because their elevator is not functioning when we arrive and the location of our rooms was in 7th floor... carpet of the corridor is smelly it's like "dead rat"... but the location of the hotel is very accessible at Thai downtown if your purpose is to have shopping to lo....
