Overall experience was good. However, some improvements will make the stay better, such as : - basic service for extra pillows should be provided without extra charges; - breakfast could be kept warm instead of leaving them turn cold; - better sound insulation in the toilet.

Hotel was clean and nice but the room we stayed in blackouts at least once a day. Frontdesk staff, bellboy, concierge, maintenance etc... happens to be the same person which is weird! It takes about 10Mins walk to get to the nearest shopping area. And there is no internet connection in the rooms ....

I spent 8 nights at the hotel and it was a great experience. I had a few problems for the first few nights, such as the key card not working and me forgetting my own safe combination, but they were fast to help and even offered a free airport transfer which I think is great in a city such as Bangkok....
