Over many years of travel, this is one of the best hotels in its category that we have stayed in. The staff were all very efficient and courteous, from the front desk to the cleaners. For getting round Bangkok the location is great, easy access via the hotel boat to both the river ferry and the Skytrain, and also then to the underground. Happily for us that provided access to the only places we wanted to go, so no hassles with taxis and tuktuks! Great room, lots of space and cupboards aplenty, free wifi access in room, wonderful (tho' not cheap) breakfast; overall a great choice.
