Positives: staff were very friendly and answered all of my questions, provided lots of local knowledge and genuinely wanted me to have a good time. Food was really nice, plenty of variety for breakfast. Evening thai meals were very nice. Gym and smallish pool were fine. Very good value for money ....

We enjoyed just the hotel stay. Since the service is poor, we maintained minimal contact with the staff. Our main complaint is the location of the hotel which is not within walking distance to any shopping and F&B destinations, especially for families with small children. Taxi touts were outside ....

I have stayed at this hotel several times. Service is generally good. Deluxe rooms are more comfortable of course, but not worth the extra cost. This was once a hotel I appreciated as good 4 Star, but now it has a lot of competition, so it needs to add some incentive to stay there. Location near P....

Very glad that I made my reservation at Ramada D'Ma in Bangkok instead of a very much expensive hotel. The room was great and the bathroom extra clean. The staff very friendly and provided great service. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Next time I come to Bangkok, no need to look further.....
