Probably the best hotel we stayd at in Bangkok.Just a short distance from Pratunam area. The breakfast buff'e was enormus, the pool area was okay an there was wireless internet in our room (free of charge ) // A happy Swedish family

Positives: staff were very friendly and answered all of my questions, provided lots of local knowledge and genuinely wanted me to have a good time. Food was really nice, plenty of variety for breakfast. Evening thai meals were very nice. Gym and smallish pool were fine. Very good value for money ....

We enjoyed just the hotel stay. Since the service is poor, we maintained minimal contact with the staff. Our main complaint is the location of the hotel which is not within walking distance to any shopping and F&B destinations, especially for families with small children. Taxi touts were outside ....
