This is the 1st time visit to Bangkok but i feel unsatisfied with the service provided by hotel : 1) Delay time check in for 2 hrs without reason 2) Hotel does not ALL fullfilled the requirement we stated when prebook. 3) Breakfast buffet menu everyday are same.
