The pool was flithy you could not even see 6 inches in the water and the chemicals were so strong all my silver turned black. I was charged to leave a bag there even though I was coming back to stay. The rooms need some work done. The hotel is in a convenient location. I asked for a late check out since my transport to the airport wasn't coming until 2:30 and was told no way. It just made it more inconvenient to have to cehck out and wait around. Most other places I've stayed in Bagkok don't charge to leave a bag and are willing to work around airport pickups.
