A Ice-cold Hotel

We booked a Standard Room, located in the higher floors (27th floor). At the first sight in looked all very nice, till we found out, that the temperature in all rooms, that had been shown to us, is adjusted between 15ยฐ to 20ยฐ Celsius. Sitting in room during daytime was OK, but in the nighttime we ....

First of all, the size of the room and bathroom was spacious, on the other hand the cleanliness was just fair (my bedsheet was a bit dirty). The breakfast and bakery section was superb as well as their hotel facilities. Front desk staffs were doing a good job, but the room service was a just okay - ....

Not good experience

we live in the top floor. Very bad room Not clean on carpet, too old! Some concrete on the wall drop down All facilities are too old to shock us compared to the room we lived one day ago. The only good thing was the big room~ Swimming pool was shallow, not working! I won't live there anym....

i stayed at the royal benja for a few weeks, it is a good hotelo and i will be staying there again in november.. the breakfast is good when i woke up in time to eat it. the staff were friendly and the location is good close to everything.. cheers vince

Royal Benja Hotel is a clean complex with quiet good rooms and satisfactory breakfast. Unfortunately some facilities are not in a good condition. The swimming pool is quiet small, the water was not so clean and the dephts of the water was not good for swimming. The fitness room was also very small....
