The staff at the concierge is not professional. They also told me that the hotel is 2 stars, not 3 stars. (different information from this website). I wanted a 3 stars hotel instead of 2 stars. Your website gave me wrong info. The airport taxi service was terrible. I paid 600 bath but the c....
