in general the staff were good...the location is very accessible right at the heart of a busy shopping district. i would say that its a pretty fun place to stay.

For the amount of money I paid, this is a very reasonable hotel with a clean room and adequate service. The location of the hotel is not really tourist-friendly, but it's ok if you are familiar with Bangkok city.

Booked a 'DELUXE' room but got a 'Standard' room, deluxe was full booked. We took a taxi 3 times to go there, not one taxidriver knows the place, so we ad to call th hotel each time (from our European mobile) First time We are so dissapointed in hotelthailand, usually they have good value rates....
