Booked a 'DELUXE' room but got a 'Standard' room, deluxe was full booked. We took a taxi 3 times to go there, not one taxidriver knows the place, so we ad to call th hotel each time (from our European mobile) First time We are so dissapointed in hotelthailand, usually they have good value rates and nice places.
