I would never recommend anyone to stay in this Sawasdee Bangkok Inn. At night time they don't allow Taxi inside the street close to the hotel. I got 4 suitcases and very heavy. I did not reallize how difficulty it is to bring 4 suitcases inside the entry and access in Sawasdee Bangkok inn. I w....

The Hotel was not clean at all. Nobody speaks or talks English in a reasonable way. The service at the Cafetaria is very slow and people not service minded. The bed and bath room are not clean and the rooms are dusty. Never have had such a bad hotein my life.

we had bed bugs, the room was as big as the bed and no way we could even get our bags in the room! we travelled with a child that was anounced and even then we got the smallest room possible. the light in the room didn't work, no cleaning service because the maid didn't understand what we want from ....
