we had bed bugs, the room was as big as the bed and no way we could even get our bags in the room! we travelled with a child that was anounced and even then we got the smallest room possible. the light in the room didn't work, no cleaning service because the maid didn't understand what we want from her... sorry but we think it is possible to do much better...
