This is exactly what it described, cheap and cheerful. great location, but the room didn't feel safe and secure as the window didn't shut properly.

small rooms but good price

Right near Kosan road, so good location. The rooms are small, not much leg room around the bed. All pretty basic. The bathroom was small, little mouldy in some places but for the price, you can't really complain.

We really enjoyed our stay here, and for the money (about 30nzd for a superior room per night) it was excellent value for money. Great location right next to Khaosan Rd but just far enough to be reasonably quiet. The rooms were really clean - new sheets every day and not a bed bug or cockroach in ....
