Bangkok is nice city

We were disappointed of this hotel ! We booked twin/double bed (Meant 2 seperated bed). When we checked in, they said "We don't have 2 seperated bed in Standard room, if you want seperated bed, you must upgrade to Superior & pay THB 300 more" (The strange thing is, from the price list, the difference between Standard room & Superior room is THB 250, but they wanted to charge THB 300 more. Logicaly the price difference must be lower then THB 250, because we got the special rate booking via internet) I argued them, that twin/double can be joint bed or seperated bed. After long arguing & I want to cancell the booking, then they return our THB 300 and gave 2 seperated bed room with tiny bathroom. We spend more then hour to fight with them to get our right. I think they try to earn more revenue by offering upgraded room type and saying no seperated bed room. The service of FO ladies is bad, when she serve Customer, not even smile, 'no sound' when Customer say Thanks to her. We were not happy to stay in this Hotel.
