We used to stay here, but this time it was less pleasant than before

Bedroom: bumps in the mattress made sleeping uncomfortable Cleanliness: Bathroom was not broken down and not really dirty, but old stains on curtain, walls and bath tube made it look dirty Facilities: the elevator was more out of service than not Service: the staff was friendly enough, but more than 3 hours after checking out, we were called back and asked to pay 500 Baht for a bath towel, which we had stained and which could not be cleaned. They said it had happened the fist day of our stay. They couldnโ€™t show us the towel, and they didnโ€™t inform us at the time they discovered the problem. We didnโ€™t remember what could have happened. We finally settled the matter with paying 250 Baht. After several stays in this hotel, we still are decided to return because of the good price and location and we had no problems in the past.
