I stay at Somerset Suanplu when I'm in Bangkok This tripwas a bit disappointing. The ant and subsequent antbite problem at the pool was aggravating...I'm still scratching. FRom 12/24 to 12/27 the morning kitchen staff was not prepared for the number of guests...I had to leave more than once and return to still have no cups,saucers,plates,etc..Also the staff has always confirmed my flight in the past but at two days prior to departure they said they could not. They were busy,but I've stayed there before during the holidays and never saw them falter. A bit off course I'd venture to comment.
