My 2nd stay in Bangkok at the Blooms

THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WITH THIS HOTEL WAS THE NOISY AIR CONDITIONING. I HAD TO WEAR EAR PLUGS.I WAS TOLD ALL ROOMS THE SAME.FOR WHAT YOU PAY IT IS GOOD AND HAS A BREAKFAST INCLUDED. I HAVE DECIDED THIS YEAR TO TRY ANOTHER BUDGET HOTEL,MAINLY BECAUSE OF THE AIR CONDITIONING NOISE.CHEERS RAY KING, NEW ZEALAND.
