one thing for sure, the lift is too small, but not to palazzo only, i think most of the hotels in thailand.... no point to have a such a big hotel but with small lift...

Its a good hotel and really worth the money paid. Food in side the hotel is very good and fairly priced. Guests who drink wine be careful not to stain any linen because the linen is very highly priced in case of a mess up.

Rooms are dated. BF buffet is adequate for the money. Location is very convenient if you like night market, nightlife and shopping. It is also conveniently located closed to some cultural centers, museum and subway line. Would stay there again on budget travels.
