The Regent was very centrally located (for the bustle of Silom) and very close to the MRT station. The main hassle was tracking down where the hotel was when we arrived (one of us by train, the other by air). One of the worst hotels I have stayed in

There wasn't one thing I liked about this hotel. The place stunk on smoke, the room didnt even smell clean. I stay in Bangkok every 3 weeks, this is the 2nd worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It is positioned down a little seedy Soi. I cant think of anything nice to say about it

the hotel didn't provide anything in the bathroom except shampoo, shower gel and cotton bud. Room was too small. Didn't get the promised twin bed, instead it was a double bed

The atmosphere for Songkran festival around the area of this hotel is very strong and exciting. Convenience store, restaurant and shopping centre is just few steps away. Lot of pubs and lounges are also in near distance. A good hotel to stay if you want to experience Bangkok city life.

The hotel is situated at a great location, BTS Sala Daeng is just 5 minutes away.. Front desk receptionists speak reasonable English, able to give good information regarding places of interest for tourists.

The staff was very friendly.The hotel couldnt be better located , when you step out you have the skytrain and metrostation right there and the all the shopping in Silom road.Even if the breakfast wasnt so fine, many hotels in this pricearea dont have breakfast at all so it was nice anyway.Only negat....

Check in was a trauma. No porter to take your luggage up. No lift to my 6th floor room. Lift only up to 5th floor, then you have you carry the luggage up the rest of the way. Breakfast is meager. Rooms were clean but no in-room Tea/Coffee making facility... Location very convenient but quite a fe....
