This place looks nothing like it does on the site, there is no pool and there never was. The rooms are dark and stuffy with no natural ventilation - computers are slow. Staff we unhealpful.

pictures of the hotel are nice, but if you visualise them they tell another story!Stayed here in Jan.11 for a couple of days! breakfast poor, very noisy AC, shuttle to the Siam Buildings " nice" Regarding many other service questions...no have..seems a favourite word in Thailand and lack of of engli....

the Residence is in a good location for shopping and is only 10-15 minutes walk from the MRT. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. If I return to Bangkok,I will most likely stay at this hotel again.

Stay away from the standard room. Pricing is correct but be aware of dirty old rooms, noisy aircons and noisy neighborhoodside and above all: bad beds. The Deluxe rooms are recently refurbished and clean. Deluxe rooms are absolutely more value for money so worth the little extra. A stay in the Delux....

This hotel is well used and needs a really good update, which is in progress one room at a time.Staff were nice and friendly, had a problem that was dealt with straight away.Only stayed 3 nights.Would not want to stay there any longer.Room was very basic.

The service was very good, though the hotel was on construction so it was very noisy and disturbing. Although they did stop if you ask,, but it is'nt the most convinient thing. The bathroom was quite poor, and all in all the hotel is very old and you can see why it needs construction, but not while....
