Overall, the stay in the hotel is quite pleasant. Breakfast variety is quite limited. Bathroom is a bit old and the knob for the hot water outlet keeps dropping out. The free shuttle service to Siam Paragon is wonderful. However, it is a bit of disappointment when the hotel staff told us that we need to pay to use their scale to weigh our luggage. It would be nice if it is an additional service provided by the hotel.
