Administration of the hotel was not very good. Our booking, made in Dec 2010, could not been found. finally we got a room. By checking out an extra amount of TB 1.400,-- was charged above the agreed TB 1.200,-- fot late check-out. We got a refund promissed (not received yet)only after two times mai....

Sorry, in bathroom welcome me a Cookroach on bathtube and the wastebin in bathroom was full from guest before. The staff by counter didnt greet and was unfriendly all time. When i payed, i didnt hear good bye or thx for stay in our hotel. Thats all together isnt that what i know normal from smiling ....

We had a 9 night stay at the Royal River Hotel. The rooms are o. k. but the breakfast is not very delicious for western guests. The staff was not friendly. I don't recommended the Royal River.

My worst staying in Bangkok

This is my 25th trip in Thailand and at the same time my worst experience in a Bangkok hotel. The room is old and air conditioning doesn't work: you can only have a fridge temperature or turn off the sistem and sleep in a hot room. To take a simple cup of cofee - free of charge in every Bangko....
