On first impression this is a grand large hotel, walking in the front entrance and lobby it is massive and majesticaly decorated. But as we have found with many larger hotels the service doesnt match this. When we stayed there was not alot of other guests around and there seemed to be loads of staf....

I chose this hotel because my original choice was booked. What a stroke of good luck. By far it surpassed my expectations. My one complaint is they offer a Gym but they charge for it usage. It has everthing from Ping Pong, weights, Cardio equipment, Sauna for his and her, and Jacuzzi. The staff wer....

My last 4 nights in Bangkok before we head back to UK. However this hotel was 3rd choice because the first 2 hotels I wanted to Stay aren't available!! I did like it at first but when we asked for wi-fi access it's 300 baht per hour makes me felt like been robbed my own people and it's even worst wh....
