Well, I have stayed in this hotel always and booked thru hotel thailand. The irritating part is they make you wait for a very long time before they give your room to you. Even if they have room, which I suspect they have, they will not give you before making you wait for a good 3 or 4 hours and that....

The hotel staff went the extra mile for us as we had an early arrival in BKK. We had our 3 yr old with us and were quite tired from a long bus trip. Got us a nice clean room early which was HIGHLY APPRECIATED by my wife and I. Friendly staff, good buffet, not to long of a walk to BTS NANA. Excel....
