This hotel is everything all the other reviewers have said it was: great location, friendly service, a nice pool, real value for the money, and full of people who return over and over again. To be fair, the rooms are somewhat worn (the bedsheets had a patch sewn in) but Windsor Suites offers value that is hard to find in a hotel of this size and at a 4 star rating in Bangkok. The brightness of the all glass lobby and comfortable chairs there is pleasant and inviting.
