Nice room, great breakfast buffet, but new front desk staff

I have stayed at a near-by Golden Beach as well. In comparison, the rooms are nicer here at Long Beach and the breakfast buffet is far superior to that at Long Beach. During my stay, there is a new crop of front desk staff who have not learned how to do their jobs yet. The internet in the lobby (at 100 baht per hour) sucks.
