A very pleasant stay

The room was fine, pool great, breakfast very good, all in all we had a very pleasant and relaxing holiday. Luckily we drove down so had a car that enabled us to enjoy restaurants in Hua Hin, about 20 minutes drive away. We'll be back next time for sure. The only annoying thing was the extra bed: I ordered and paid for it beforehand through HotelThailand. When we arrived after a 9 hour drive, there was no extra bed in the room; it took 30 minutes for them to bring it up. When we checked out, they tried to charge us for it! When I explained I had already paid, suddenly nobody at reception could speak English! I then told them I wanted to go online to show them the confirmation voucher from HotelThailand and they backed off. I suggest that guests print out TWO copies of your confirmation voucher and keep one to show when checking out.
