This hotel is far away from Chiang Mai. Unless you have you're own transportation and are doing business in that area, you shouldn't consider it. Most drivers aren't familiar with it. Hotel is OK. But quite a number of package tours coming through (Korea, China, etc.).

I was really happy staying there 12 nights. The staff and service were really helpful and charming. QUITE DISSAPOINTING

Best Western Hotel is clean but quite dissapointing. Most staff do not speak English well and breakfast menu is too mediocre. Everyday the same food and insufficient to go around. Not recommended.
