BP Chiangmai could use a little refurbishing

Most of the lights in the bedroom area did not work. There was ingrained dirt on the light switches and in the bathroom and the room looked a little battered (worn out, scuffed up furniture and fixtures). The internet service did not work. The pool area was nice and the staff, in general, was very helpful.
